To host a truly remarkable event, choose the American Village, a venue so unique it’s a national treasure. Inspired by some of America’s most historic places, the American Village offers a remarkable setting for your special event.

Wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, birthday parties, family reunions, and many other celebrations may be held in one of several unique locations.

The Perfect Place For Your Special Event:

The historic Barn has all the modern amenities you need with the charm you want. The Barn will seat up to 250 theatre-style, or 200 at tables. It is the perfect example of rustic elegance.

Liberty Hall is traditionally elegant with cut-glass chandeliers and dark-stained hardwood floors. The spacious Ballroom was patterned after The East Room of The White House. The Ballroom will seat up to 330 at tables, and 550 theatre-style.

The Rotunda will accommodate up to 150 theatre-style and 100 at tables. It is equipped with audio visual technology, and is patterned after Monticello, home of Thomas Jefferson.

There are several unique locations for receptions, rehearsal dinners, showers or teas, conferences, workshops, reunions and other private events within the American Village’s 183-acre site. The historic Barn has all the modern amenities you need with the rustic charm you want. Liberty Hall is a traditionally elegant ballroom with cut-glass chandeliers and dark-stained hardwood floors. This spacious room was patterned after The East Room of The White House. The Rotunda is Jeffersonian in style, and has the latest in audio/visual technology. 

Beautiful grounds and gardens, historically inspired structures, plentiful parking, shuttles, and personal attention from staff are all a part of your American Celebration experience.

On-Site Photography:

There is no location fee for photography if your wedding reception or private event takes place at the American Village. If you would like to use our grounds or facilities as a backdrop for your photo shoot, and your event is not booked with us, a fee of $150 per hour will be charged. Pre-reservation is required for access, and we require a staff member to accompany you. Inquiries and photo shoot bookings should be made by calling (205) 665-3535 extension 1045. On-site photography of wedding and private events outside these parameters is strictly prohibited.
